Aki Nishimura
Aki Nishimura is a dedicated Legal Operations & Case Development Specialist who supports clients throughout the disability process with care, integrity, and professionalism. She conducts initial application meetings, prepares clients for their hearings, and coordinates closely with treating providers by sending out medical record requests and gathering statements of support. She also contributes to the firm’s online presence by creating thoughtful and informative social media posts.
Outside of work, Aki enjoys keeping life balanced through long walks, weekend workouts, and simple self-care routines. She also finds joy in fresh sheets, hearty breakfasts, quiet naps, and the occasional slice of chocolate cake.
Family is at the center of Aki’s life, and she prioritizes time with the people who matter most. She values meaningful, intentional connections and carries this same care and mindfulness into every part of her work.
Gino Cabral
Gino Cabral serves as our Client Services Coordinator, bringing professionalism, patience, and meticulous attention to detail to his work. As the primary point of contact for clients, he assists with consultation and appeal scheduling, shares essential information, and guides clients through completing intake forms.
He is also the friendly voice you’ll often hear when calling our office. Gino regularly follows up with SSA field offices and healthcare facilities to ensure timely case updates and to keep medical record requests moving smoothly.
Service is at the heart of everything he does, both in supporting clients and in the way he cares for his family, with dedication, thoughtfulness, and honesty. In his personal time, Gino enjoys cooking and reading, pursuits that reflect his creativity and focus.
Sarah Soucie Eyberg
Sarah Soucie Eyberg approaches the practice of law with an emphasis on client service. She learned from her father at a very young age that lawyering is about serving your clients first and foremost. What that looks like in practice is a business model that focuses on frequent client communication, availability of the attorney to the client and a teamwork approach between attorney and client in the case development and direction. Sarah is compassionate and empathetic. Her goal in every client interaction is to ensure the client feels heard and validated, and that their questions are addressed.
Sarah’s practice focuses exclusively on Social Security Disability law. She specializes in this area because it allows her to help chronically ill and injured people get the benefits to which they are entitled. The Social Security disability application and appeals process is overly complex and the deck is stacked against the applicant. Many claimants are led to believe they can complete the process without an attorney, and then give up somewhere along the way because the appeals process and deadlines are overwhelming. Outcomes for claimants are much better overall when people have the assistance of a professional.
